Location

Situated in the North Coogee community, Aegis Shoreline will be Aegis’ newest Residential Aged Care facility providing quality care and services for up to 238 residents in our brand new, modern, well-equipped environment.

 

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-orientated Senior Administration Officer to join the team at Shoreline on a Full time basis.

In this integral role you will:

  • Fully support and provide leadership to the Administration Officers to ensure high levels of service are provided.
  • Assist the Facility Manager to schedule meetings, including but not limited to staff, residents and relative meetings.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement activities and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of all Administration services.
  • Prepare reports for the Facility Manager.
  • Support the Facility Manager with onboarding and orientation of new staff.
  • Provide caring support for residents and families by ensuring all concerns and queries are followed up on and resolved.

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in a similar role 
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • Ability to lead and inspire staff
  • Passion for delivering quality customer service and excellent relationship building skills
  • Sound knowledge of rostering practices and varied administration tasks
  • High levels of accuracy and data entry skills.
  • Intermediate to high level of computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
