About The Role

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self-driven individual to join our People & Culture Team as the in-house Talent Acquisition Officer located at our Central Office in Burswood. As Talent Acquisition Officer you will be responsible for providing high-level end to end recruitment under a Centralised Recruitment model to Aegis Facilities. The successful candidate will be a great communicator, be creative and innovative who uses these talented skills to source talented resources for Aegis. Prior experience as a Recruiter is not a prerequisite rather demonstration of the attributes required, and ability to learn new system processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish a positive and lasting candidate experience providing exceptional end to end management of the recruitment process from sourcing through to onboarding for all vacancies within Aegis.
  • Conduct phone screenings, interviews, compliance documentation and employment contracts.
  • Develop and maintain efficient Talent Pools of relevant candidates.
  • Provide professional consultancy services to our Facility Managers and key stakeholders.·         
  • Manage recruiting activity by actively tracking and monitoring key performance indicators of talent acquisition to ensure utilising strategic and creative sourcing channels.
  • Define and align hiring strategy with business requirements and provide continuous process improvement.
  • Develop creative job advertisement and implement new recruitment streams and platforms.
